The matter has been listed today under the caption for being mentioned at the instance of the learned counsel for the applicant stating that the documents which have to be handed over by the Registry has not been mentioned in the order dated 03.03.2025 and requested the same to be added in the order.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
3.I have perused the order dated 03.03.2025 and it has been seen that by inadvertence, the documents which were directed to be handed over by the Registry was not mentioned.
