[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] Mr.V.Parthiban, learned counsel appearing on behalf of counsel on record for petitioner submits that captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Petition with a prayer for fixing an early date for hearing main Habeas corpus Petition has been filed on the basis that the detenu has severe pain in the abdomen and he requires treatment.

2.Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions submitted that the detenu is receiving adequate medical care and as of now, he is normal. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submits that further medical attention, if required will be provided to the detenu. 3.In the light of the narrative thus far, we find no reason to accede to fix an early date prayer in the captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
