O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to pass an order to direct the 2nd respondent Not to Harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry upon the wrongly dated impugned summon dated 04.05.2024.

2. Heard Mr. Ganesan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. K.S. Mohandoss, learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the complaint given by the 3rd respondent on 23.01.2024, has been enquired and it has been closed and the defacto complainant has been directed to work out his remedy before Civil 2/4

Court. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) also submitted that the police will not interfere in this matter.

4. It is made clear that the respondent Police will not interfere in the dispute and the parties will work out their remedies only before the Civil Court.

5. Recording the above, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of. No costs.
