ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to pay the revised pension and settle the benefits as per the proceedings dated 18.06.2008 with regard to special pay, personal pay and teacher's allowance and other benefits as per 6th pay commission to the petitioner herein.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition, the revised pension was fixed and the petitioner was paid accordingly on 03.01.2013.
