ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail, as he was arrested on 05.08.2017 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307, 506(ii) and 379(NP) of IPC in crime No.324 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Mr.G.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, because of political rivalry and it is also the case of the petitioner that some of the co-accused have already been released on bail.

3. I have heard Mr.R.Sekar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent, who would state that if at all, this Court considers to release the petitioner on bail, a condition may be imposed by which, he could be directed to stay at some outstation other than Coimbatore for some time and stringent conditions may be imposed.

4. I have considered the said submissions made by both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to pass the following orders that the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail, on the following conditions :- (i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI,

Coimbatore; and (ii) The petitioner shall stay at Trichy and shall appear before the Cantonment Police station at Trichy daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
