2/4 PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to direct the Second, Third and Fourth respondent to pass an order based on in view of representation dated 20.12.2024, to issuance of separate Patta to an extent of 0.44.00 cents and 0.35.20 cents petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.1034/5, in Maniathahalli village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District by considering the petitioners representation within a time frame. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner on 06.02.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of separate patta in his name.
2.Heard Mr.K.Krishnan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents.
3/4 3.The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property through a registered Sale Deed dated 04.07.2024. A joint patta has also been issued in Patta No.6625. The petitioner wanted a separate patta to be issued for the property belonging to him. Hence, he made an online application which was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 06.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
