The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the petitioners' peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property while Appeal No. 35 of 2011 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram is pending.

2. The prayer sought for in this writ petition is nothing but an injunction against the respondents. The petitioners ought to have approached the competent Civil Court for the relief of injunction, as the same cannot be granted by this Court. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered.
