This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register and investigate the complaint submitted by the petitioner on 07.03.2015 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.158 of 2015 by K.K.Nagar and Central Crime Branch and both the police closed the case and copies of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
