ORDER

Pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 08.07.2024, the learned Additional District Judge, (Fast Track Court), Villupuram, has taken up trial of the suit in O.S.No.169 of 2019. This Court, in and by the said order, had directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit within nine months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The learned Additional District Judge has now sent a communication in D.No.604/2025, dated 30.06.2025, to the Registry of this Court, seeking extension of time by six months.

3. I have gone through the communication of the learned Additional District Judge. The reasons assigned for extension are justified. The request of the learned Additional District is accepted. Further time of six months is granted to the learned Additional District Judge, Villupuram, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.169 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law.
