This application has been filed seeking to implead the Official liquidator as a party to the suit, since the 1st defendant company has been directed to be wound up and the Bombay High Court has permitted the plaintiff to proceed with the suit by order dated 18.09.2019 made in C.A.No. 808 of 2009.

2. Despite service of notice, none appears for the proposed respondent. Hence, this application is allowed, Official Liquidator is impleaded as 3rd defendant in the suit.
