ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to initiate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 24.08.2019 and 21.10.2019 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner made representations making certain allegations in construction of the houses under the Prime Minister's Awas Yogana Scheme. It is the further case of the petitioner that the Government fund has been misappropriated by playing fraud.

3. Though the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that due procedure has been followed and it is for the beneficiaries to proceed further, taking note of the allegations made, we direct the fourth respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.08.2019 and 21.10.2019 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
