The petitioner's husband died on 18.07.2018, pursuant to which, on the complaint given by the petitioner's son Kannadasan, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.391 of 2018 on 18.07.2018 under Section 174 Cr.P.C. Not satisfied with the progress of investigation, the petitioner is before this Court for change of investigation. 2.Heard Mr.Jaikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.
3.Learned Government Advocate submitted that even the Viscera Report has not yet been received and it is too early to cast aspersions on the investigation that is in progress. 4.In such view of the matter, this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation to any other agency. However, this Court directs the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tiruvallur to monitor the investigation in Tiruvalangadu Police Station Crime No.391 of 2018.
