This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 6.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.16403 of 2022 by order dated 30.11.2022.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and final report is not yet filed.
3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six months and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
