ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after holding an enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 18.06.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that he is in possession of the property for more than 50 years. He has filed supporting documents along with his representation dated 18.06.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in his name. Since the said representation was not considered by the official respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse order Page No.2 of 6
is passed against the 6th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 6th respondent and any other party, whom the 5th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 5th respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 18.06.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after Page No.3 of 6
hearing the objections, if any, from the 6th respondent as well as any other third party, whom the 5th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
