Crl.O.P.No.4801 of 2022 Crl.O.P.No.4801 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J., This petition has been filed for grant of bail by one of the accused in a case registered for offenses under Sections 366(A) of IPC 5(l) r/w 6 and 17 of POCSO Act, 2012.

2. The victim girl had given a statement to the Judicial Magistrate under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., and in that statement, she has implicated the present petitioner as a person, who had given shelter to the accused and the petitioner. The specific case of the defacto complainant/victim girl is that the prime accused had threatened her by taking advantage of her previous friendship and started post of her pictures along with A1. He had threatened her and her family members with dire consequences, if she does not heed to his desire. Later, he had taken the victim girl to the petitioner's house and stayed there for two days.

3. Since, the petitioner herein had given shelter to the prime accused to perpetrate the crime, this Court is of the considered view that https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

rpl/rgi the petitioner is not entitled for the bail, since the investigation has not been completed fully.
