A.No.645 of 2022 A.No.645 of 2022 in C.S.No.170 of 2021 P.VELMURUGAN.,J This application has been filed to bring the legal representatives of the 6th defendant on record as proposed defendants 26 and 27 in the suit in C.S.No.170 of 2021, who are respondents 25 and 26 in the present application.

2. It is reported that the 6th defendant died. The plaintiff has filed this application to implead the legal heirs of the deceased 6th defendant.

3. Though notice had been served on the respondents 25 and 26 and their names having been printed in the cause list, none appeared. None of the defendants have filed their written statement.

4. This application is allowed.

5. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint and file the amended copy of the plaint.

6. List the Suit on 21.04.2022.
