This Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused, challenging the judgment, dated 09.10.2013, in S.C.No.78 of 2013, passed by the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Erode, whereby and where under, the petitioner was convicted for an offence under Section 302 IPC. 3.

The petitioner, in his affidavit filed in support of this Petition, indicated the reasons for the delay in preferring the Appeal. In view of those reasons, we deem it fit and proper to condone the delay.
