This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the III Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai to number I.A. bearing S.R.18610 of 2018 in O.S.No.3365 of 2009, within the reasonable time frame fixed by this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
