This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No17117 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23989 of 2022 on 15.11.2022 to report before the respondent police on the first of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is not complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
