2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to expeditiously complete the trial on day-to-day basis. If the accused adopted any dilatory tactics, the trial Court is at liberty to remand them to custody under Section 309 Cr.P.C. as held by the Supreme Court in State of U.P. Vs Shambhu Nath Singh and Others [(2001) 4 SCC 667]. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
