The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC r/w Sections 3 (1)(n) and 3(1)(s) of the SC/ST Act, in connection with Crime No.366 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police, have filed this petition seeking a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villuppuram to consider their bail application on the same day on merits. 2.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villuppuram, is directed to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

their bail application on the very same day purely on the basis of merits and to pass suitable orders, in the event of the petitioners surrendering before the said court within 15 days from today and filing of petition seeking bail. 5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
