O R D E R
The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry against the respondents 3 to 9 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.01.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 3 to 9 had fraudulently executed a Power of Attorney Deed and therefore, the petitioner gave a representation dated 05.01.2017 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
conduct an enquiry. Further. The learned counsel submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2017, the 1st respondent has not conducted any enquiry and passed order so far.
3.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to conduct an enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2017 and after conducting an enquiry, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 3 to 9, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
