paper or CSR has been assigned till date and a decision will be taken on the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2024 at the earliest.

In view of the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2024 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
