This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.16905 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12434 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
