ORDER

(1) The prayer in the writ petition reads as follows:- ''Writ Petition filed Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order of the 5th respondent in F.No.4/Sec16/03/2018-19 dated 23.01.2019 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 5th respondent to cancel/remove the impugned company name SUNRIV PHARMACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED from/in the Register of Companies.''

(2) The learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that the very prayer does not survive inasmuch as the 1st respondent-Company had changed its name as ''SAIRIV PHARMACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED'' and a Certificate of Incorporation to that effect has also been issued.

(3) I am in agreement with the submission of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

(4) Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
