O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Anthiyur to number the un-numbered claim petition filed by the petitioners on 24.01.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that subsequent to the filing of the Civil Revision Petition, the petitioners have instituted a separate suit in O.S.No.42 of 2024 on the file of the SubCourt, Anthiyur.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected C.M.P is closed. No costs.
