This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1847 of 2023 dated 31.01.2023 in para 6(a) as follows :- "6.(a) the petitioner shall make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs only) either through RTGS/NEFT or in cash to the credit of Government Rehabilitation Home for Leprosy Cured, Deviyakuruchi, Salem District, Account Name: AO, Government Rehabilitation Home A/c. No.542231612 Bank : Indian Bank , Branch : Talaivasal IFSC Code : IDIB0005002 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the court below"

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she is house wife and she has no source of income and her husband was also arrested in this case. So, she finds difficult to comply the condition imposed by this court. Hence, the present petition has been filed to modify the condition.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition seems to be justifiable, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) as non-refundable deposit to the credit of Madras High Court Advocates Clerks Welfare Association, High Court of Madras, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, S.B.A/c. No.484077244, IFSC.No.IDIB000M157 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order .

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 1847 of 2023 vide order dated 31.01.2023 shall remain unalterted.

5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 17.03.2023 rpp 2/3
