This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.32658 of 2022 on 12.01.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2 .The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on first, second and third Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., without fail.
