ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2015. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

2. Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2015 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of 12 weeks.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court issues the following directions: (i) The respondents are directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (ii) In the event the said representation is not available with the respondents, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
