This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, to expedite the trial proceedings in C.C.No.511 of 2016. 2.It is seen that the case has been taken cognizance for the offence under sections 341, 323, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC in CC.No.511 of 2016, by the learned Judicial Magistrate Alandur. 3.The petitioner is an accused, who has now come forward with this petition to expedite the trial within the stipulated time. It is also seen that the petitioner is a sole accused and the case is of the year 2016.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
