(Heard through Video Conferencing) This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.30756 of 2008 dated 04.07.2012.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the order dated 04.07.2012 made in W.P.No.30756 of 2008 has been complied with by the respondents through G.O.(Ms).No.71 dated 15.03.2017 and the copy of the same has also been produced before this Court.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said proceedings, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
