These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 229 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent and (iii) to bring the legal representatives of deceased 1st respondent and array them as respondents 3 to 6 in the above C.M.A.No.3316 of 2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions and no objections raised on the side of respondents, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

3. Post this matter after two weeks.
