ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent police to register the complaint against the respondent Nos.4 to 6 and 8 to 9, who have conspired with malafide intention and with ulterior motive by willfully cheating the petitioner of his hard earned money and have willfully deceived him to claim wrongful gain and causing wrongful loss to him and who are continuously threatening and harassing him with the aid of police authorities by lodging false complaints against him and to initiate action against the respondent Nos.4 to 6 and 8 to 9 on the complaint dated 13.05.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the 3rd respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.233/2015.

4. Hence, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.233/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
