ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Pursuant to the direction given by the Court, respondent No.2 remained present and was also represented by an advocate.

2. Though nothing remains in the matter, in view of the undertaking recorded in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the order dated 06.02.2025, we thought, perhaps, the dispute between the wife and husband, namely, petitioner and respondent No.2, could be resolved.

3. We had met in the chamber, when petitioner, respondent No.2 and their respective advocates were present. Our attempts to mediate failed.

4. Therefore, as nothing remains in the matter, at the cost of repetition, in view of what is recorded in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the order dated 06.02.2025, the petition is closed.
