This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the above criminal revision against the Order dated 14.08.2024 made in M.C.No.48 of 2022 passed by the Family Court, Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 50 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
