Mr.R.Govindaraj, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the reason has been articulated in paragraph 3 of supporting affidavit, a perusal of which brings to light that being a common judgment, petitioner had to take steps to obtain a separate certified copy and the Covid-19 situation intervened and impeded his effort in this direction.

3. This Court, having heard learned counsel for petitioner, having perused the affidavit filed in support of captioned Civil Miscellaneous Petition, being satisfied that the prayer deserves to be acceded to, deems it appropriate to pass the following order:

Delay condoned. CMP ordered as prayed for.
