This Contempt Petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.03.2012 in W.P. No.27388 of 2009.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order passed by this Court in W.P. No.27388 of 2009 dated 28.03.2012, has been modified in the appeal and that therefore nothing survives in this contempt petition.
