ORDER

Seeking a direction to register a F.I.R as per the C.S.R.No.2245/2014 dated 28/07/2014 on the file of the 1st Respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint appears to have been forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Kanchi Taluk Police Station, who has not been impleaded as a party to this petition.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, making the Inspector of Police, Kanchi Taluk Police Station, Kanchipuram as a party respondent.
