Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners herein by this Hon'ble Court in CRL.MP.NO.16344 OF 2019 in Crl.A.No.765/2019 by an order dated 13.11.2019 in directing the petitioners herein to report before the trial court once in a week ie on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.R.RAVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner herein filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.16344 of 2019 praying for suspending the sentence imposed on him by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in S.C.No.

161 of 2013, by judgment dated 30.09.2019 and by order dated 13.11.2019, this Court passed an order suspending the sentence. Now, the present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner as regards appearance of the petitioner before the Court below.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without fail from 25.11.2019 to till date and hence, the condition imposed against the petitioner as regards appearance of the petitioner before the Court below, may be relaxed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not seriously opposed the said submission.

3.Taking note of the above and also the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16344 of 2019 on 13.11.2019 directing the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court once in a week, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.This petition is ordered accordingly.
