No.185 of 2020 by the Sub Court, Tiruchengode, and permit the petitioner to operate the bank locker and hand over the contents of the locker standing in the name of late Ms.Malini by the 2nd respondent.

Since the remedy for the petitioner is available before the Civil Court and not by way of writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
