Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed to the petitioners shall be pleased to relax the conditions imposed to the petitioners shall report before the respondent police station on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.THIRISANGU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.24435 of 2021 dated 20.12.2021.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer twice in a month instead of every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m.

3.
