This miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 76 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the Award dated 21.08.2024 passed in M.C.O.P.No.327 of 2019 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Tiruppur.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and interest for the delay period is ordered to be waived.

3.Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal if it is otherwise in order.
