The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.66 of 2022 from the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Ponneri to the file of the learned IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai.

2. The respondent/husband filed a petition seeking for divorce in HMOP.No.66 of 2022. The petitioner is residing at Chennai and she is suffering from some ailments. Now, the petitioner is living under the care of her grandmother without any source of income and hence, she wants to transfer the case from the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Ponneri to the file of the learned IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai.

3. Notice served on the respondent, but there is no representation. Hence, there is no objection from the respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, HMOP.No.66 of 2022 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Ponneri and transferred to the file of the learned IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to be disposed of in accordance with law and the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Ponneri is directed to send entire records to the learned 2 / 4

IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai within a period of two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Tr.C.M.P.No.171 of 2023 is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
