ORDER
Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The petitioner has challenged the impugned tender notification dated 27.01.2021 on the ground that the respondent has not adhered to the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Rules, 2000.

After hearing the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr.Vijay Narayan, learned Advocate General, assisted by Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent for quite sometime, the learned Advocate General, on instructions, would now submit before this Court that the respondent is willing to extend the date for opening of the bids to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender by another period of 6 working days from today. The learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied for the present, if the petitioner is allowed to participate in the impugned tender within 6 working days from today. 5.
After recording the submissions of the respective learned counsels, this Court directs the respondent to extend the last date for submission of bids to the petitioner alone till 25.02.2021 at 2.00 p.m to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender. On instructions, the learned Advocate General would submit that the petitioner will have to collect the tender documents from the respondent's office physically on or before 18.02.2021. On instruction, he would also submit that the bids under the impugned tender will not be opened on or before 26.02.2021 till 3.00 p.m. 6.
With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
