ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 21.07.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner has made representation, dated 21.07.2025 before the respondents seeking minimum pension to the petitioner with effect from 01.09.2009 with all arrears on the basis of G.O.Ms.No.756, Revenue Department, dated 17.08.1993. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2025, as expeditiously as possible.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2025 will be considered and appropriate order will be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.07.2025, within a period of Twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
