ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to select and appoint the petitioner as Physical Education Teacher in any one of the vacancies in the post of Physical Education Teacher which are existing under the control of the respondents in accordance with the Memo No.1581/A4/2009 dated 14.05.2010 with service and monetary benefits.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that now, the Recruitment Rules have been changed and accordingly, the petitioner should have passed Teacher Eligibility Test.

4. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered and this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
