(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After hearing Mr.S.Arivazhagan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.K.Subramanian, learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the District Collector, Thiruvarur District/respondent No.1 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03rd March, 2017 at page No.8 of the typed set of papers in accordance with law, after giving the petitioner and others concerned an opportunity of hearing, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of communication of this order. Till the disposal of the representation, status quo shall be maintained. No costs.
