Seeking a direction to the respondents/police to take immediate action and apprehend the culprits by registering the complaint dated 15/05/2015, the petitioners have come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. There is no representation for the petitioners.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the first petitioner lodged a complaint with the 2nd respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.303/2015.
4. Hence, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.303/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
