ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the summon dated on 03.02.2025 on the file of respondents, thereby called upon the petitioner to appear for enquiry to be held on 03.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner was called upon to appear for the enquiry to be conducted on 03.02.2025. Now, the date of enquiry has been expired. Further, it is only a summon for enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the counter party, the petitioner was called for enquiry. However, so far, no FIR has been registered as against the petitioner.

5. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the complaint filed by the counter party, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to cooperate for the enquiry to be conducted by the second respondent.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
