The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to file their report on letter the dated 25.11.2024 in Na.Ka.No.269(3)/2024 of the 4th respondent and the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.12 of 2025 has been registered by the 3rd respondent.

3.In view of the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct an detailed enquiry in C.S.R.No.12 of 2025 on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuance of notice. The 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2024 within a 2/4

period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
